Nannie’s Easy Chicken Salad

This simply chicken salad recipe can be made quickly with Costco canned chicken for a quick, low maintenance, high protein meal.

Time: 10 minutes


  • 1/2 block cream cheese
  • 1 can chicken
  • Orange juice
  • Lemon Zest
  • Chives
  • Salt & pepper
  • Croissants

Mix chicken and cream cheese until blended.

Add a teaspoon or so of orange juice to reach desired consistency.

Add remaining ingredients to taste.

Keep chilled until ready to eat.

Spread on croissant and serve!
