- 5 1/2 cups all -purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups (4 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups (2 12 oz. packages) milk chocolate chips
- I usually add another 1 – 1 1/2 cups of flour. I like the texture to be a little more stiff and not stick to the sides of the bowl.
Use a silpat baking mat
Bake at 325 degrees for 11-12 minutes
